History

The previous colour scheme
The coaster in 2010

When it first opened, the roller coaster had pink track and yellow supports and was called Magic Mouse. In 2010, the colour scheme was changed to blue track and white supports.

From October 2013 to April 2014, the roller coaster operated as "Cyclone" at Global Village in Dubai.[1] From Christmas 2014, it has operated as "Ice Mountain" at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. For this event, a building is erected around the roller coaster and special effects added to the interior.

The ride operated as "Magic Mouse" at the Hoppings in Newcastle in June 2015 and 2016. It then operated as "Shark Bite" at BeachEast in 2015 and from July 23 to September 4 2016.

In 2017 the Magic Mouse was setup at Fantasy Island in the United Kingdom, also owned by Mellors, with the old Fantasy Mouse sign from the mouse coaster which previously operated at the park. It opened on March 18, 2017. In June 2017, the Fantasy Mouse was temporarily moved to Newcastle to operate at The Hoppings.

Design

This roller coaster can be identified by having blue track and white supports as well as brown supports at the front of the ride.
