Magic Winx is a Suspended Dark Ride built by Italian manufacturer Gosetto currently located at MagicLand in Valmontone, Lazio, Italy.
History
The ride opened with the park on 26 May 2011 as Believix[1], later renamed Planeta Winx, being based on the Winx Club cartoon series. The first name was named after one of the transformations of the Winx Club fairies.
When the park announced not to renew its licensing deal with show owners Rainbow S.p.A. in January 2019[2], the theming had to be removed. In June 2020, the attraction reopened as Gattobaleno Time Machine, featuring the park's mascot Gattobaleno. The ride was not rethemed, instead the experience was done through VR headsets.[3]
In March 2025, MagicLand announced that the Winx Club license would return to the ride for the 2025 season, with the ride now being called Magic Winx.[4]
