History
The company was founded in 1984 by Ghislain Martin and Alain Vleminckx. Throughout the years, Martin & Vleminckx has added several professionals to its team whose expertise contributed to the company’s growth.
On 7 November 2022, the company announced that it had acquired the patent portfolio of ride designer Bill Kitchen, who operated US Thrill Rides.[1]
On 21 September 2023, the company announced it was rebranding itself as MV Rides.[2]
Projects
Martin & Vleminckx has manufactured and delivered wooden roller coasters for amusement parks all over the world.
Martin & Vleminckx has also erected roller coasters and other amusement rides manufactured by a variety of companies from around the world such as: Vekoma, Zamperla, Bollinger & Mabillard, Chance Morgan, Intamin, Gerstlauer, and Premier Rides.
