Neo Geo World Tokyo Bayside (Japanese: ネオジオワールド東京ベイサイド) was a theme park located in Odaiba, Minato, Tokyo, Japan located on the third and fourth floors of the Palette Town entertainment complex, which is located nearby rival park Tokyo Joypolis. It was the sister park to Neo Geo World Tsukuba and was intended to be SNK's main flagship venue. However, when compared to Tsukuba, it focused more on attractions than arcade games.[1]

The park was deemed to be a commercial failure for SNK, and closed two years later on 31 March 2001 following a farewell event.[2] Reasons for its closure were due to low attendance, contributions to SNK's eventual bankruptcy two days later on 2 April 2001, and competition from the nearby Yokohama Cosmoworld.

After closure, the park was revenoated as a large gift shop called the Tokyo Leisureland Palette Town Store on 19 March 2002, and later a digital art museum in 2017. The complex itself continued trading until August 2022, with its closure announced a year prior in July.[3]
