Shanghai Joypolis (Simplified Chinese: 环游嘉年华上海世嘉店, formerly 上海世嘉都市乐园) is a Joypolis branded amusement park located in Putuo, Shanghai, China. It is owned by the CA Cultural Technology Group (formerly China Animations Character Co.) and opened in February 2016.[1][2]
History
In 2024, the park began to be operated by a third-party franchisee, and its Chinese name was changed from "Shanghai Sega City Park" to "Carnival Tour Shanghai Sega Store" as it now operates as part of a larger facility.[3]
Layout
The park is situated on two floors, containing various attractions seen at other Joypolis parks. For a year, it also featured a roller coaster.[4]
