Extreme at Furuvik

The Top Scan is a ride that creates a complex spinning motion and inverts its riders. Riders are seated in groups arranged in a star-shape around a disk at the end of an arm, which is mounted at an angle. The arm spins, as does the disk the seats are mounted to. Additionally, the groups of seats can swivel independently of one another. The combination of motions creates a varied ride where riders are constantly changing direction.
