Boomerang is a steel shuttle roller coaster located at Six Flags Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico. It was built by Vekoma.
History
This was the first Boomerang ordered from Vekoma, but not the first to open. It began operation in 1984 at Rafaela Padilla and was relocated to Six Flags México in 1988. As of 2013, the ride is sponsored by Fanta.
On November 26, 2024, Six Flags Mexico announced that Boomerang will be permanently removed after the weekend on December 1, 2024.[1]
The park later confirmed a day later that Boomerang wouldn't be completely removed, but rather rethemed into Batgirl for the 2025 season. [2]
