Castaway is a Water Play Structure with 4 water slides located at Daytona Lagoon in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA.[1]
History
It opened with the park, at the time known as Adventure Landing, on June 11, 1999, as Castaway Cay.[2][3]
The park was closed by Adventure Entertainment on September 30, 2002, leaving it standing but not operating.[4]
The park reopened on March 24, 2005, as Daytona Lagoon.[5]
Over the years, it has been named silght variations of its orginal name, including Cast-A-Way Bay, Castaway Bay, and its current name, Castaway.[6][7][1]
