Poseidon's Pass is a trio of tube water slides built by Canadian manufacturer Waterfun Products located at Daytona Lagoon in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA.[1][2]
History
The slides opened with the park, at the time known as Adventure Landing, on June 11, 1999, as Panama Jack's Slideaway.[3][4][5]
The park was closed by Adventure Entertainment on September 30, 2002, leaving the slides standing but not operating.[6]
Daytona Lagoon reopened on March 24, 2005, and the slides were renamed The Triple Threat, with the individual flumes being named The Cave, The Cove, and The Canyon.[7]
By 2007, the slides had been renamed to Panama Jacks' and The Cove was renamed to The Cavern.[8]
2015 marked the slides' fourth name change, as they were renamed to Poseidon's Pass, which they are still called today.[9][10]
Design
Poseidon's Pass is comprised of 3 slides, one open, one partially enclosed, and one enclosed.
