Hollywood Dream: The Ride (Japanese: ハリウッド・ドリーム・ザ・ライド) is a Bolliger & Mabillard steel roller coaster at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka, Japan. Riders can choose a song to listen to whilst they ride, similar to Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit at Universal Studios Florida.
Design
Hollywood Dream: The Ride is a mini hyper coaster from B&M. Despite this, B&M class it as a Hyper Coaster model like their larger hyper coasters.
The coaster has a dual station.
Trains
5 trains with 9 cars per train. In each car, riders are arranged 4 across in a single row, for a total of 36 riders per train. As of March 15, 2013, riders could choose to ride a train that seats them backwards.[1]
