History

On May 6, 1989, Cedar Point unveiled Magnum XL-200, an 205 foot Arrow Dynamics Hyper Coaster. Magnum Xl-200 opened as the world’s tallest, fastest, and steepest full-circuit coaster. Since, it has lost all three titles.

In 1994, all 3 others opened, Desperado at Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino, Big One (Blackpool Pleasure Beach), and Titan MAX at Space World.
