The Ranger is a type of pendulum ride with either one or two arms attached to a central support. At one end of each arm is a gondola and at the other is a counterweight. Each arm spins, sending riders through multiple inversions. Depending on the ride cycle, riders may also be suspended upside-down.
It is the modern equivalent of the Loop-O-Plane.
