History

The ride opened on May 8, 1954.^[1]^[2]

The ride was relocated within the park in 1956.^[2] It was relocated within the park again between 1964 and 1967.^[2] It was relocated final time to its current location around 1972.^[2]

The ride was repainted in 2013 with red and yellow spirals.^[2]
