Rumba Rapids is a River Rapids ride built by Swiss manufacturer Intamin currently located at Thorpe Park in Chertsey, Surrey, England, UK. The ride opened in 1987 as Thunder River. For the 2002 season, the ride was refurbished and renamed Rumba Rapids.^[1] From 2002 to 2006, the ride was sponsered by Ribena.^[2]
