Super Grover's Box Car Derby, originally known as Shamu Express, was a steel kiddie roller coaster previously located at SeaWorld San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas, USA. The ride is currently in storage.
History
Shamu Express was announced on December 15, 2003.[1]
The roller coaster was refurbished and reopened as Super Grover's Box Car Derby with the park on February 23, 2019.[2]
The ride closed in 2024 and is reportedly in storage at the park.
Design
The ride features a simple oval layout. It has pink track and green supports.
Trains
Single train with 6 cars. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in a single row, for a total of 12 riders per train. The trains have a shark theme.
