VR-1 (short for Virtual Reality One) is a Simulator product from Sega, co-produced with Virtuality. The product used a variant of the cancelled "Sega VR" hardware.
Completed attractions
VR-1 debuted as one of three attractions for Yokohama Joypolis' opening in July 1994. It later appeared at two Galbo parks, and two additional Joypolis parks. Two installments each were also located at Sega World Sydney and SegaWorld London.
Overall, seven VR-1 units were constructed.
