HELP

Calamity Mine is a Vekoma mine train roller coaster located at Walibi Belgium in Wavre, Walloon Brabant, Wallonia, Belgium. It was formerly called Colorado from 1992 to 1997.

History

The ride opened on 16 July 1992 as Colorado. In 1998, it was renamed to Calamity Mine.

During the 2007-2008 off-season, Calamity Mine was updated. In its first years of operation, Calamity Mine also had a water effect in the middle of the lake. Every time the train went over the water, water jumped up on both sides. In 2012, the effect returned after several years of absence.
