HELP |
Circus Clown was a steel kiddie roller coaster located at Chessington World of Adventures in Chessington, Greater London, England, UK.
History
The roller coaster was one of the original attractions which opened with the re-launched Chessington World of Adventures in 1987. Prior to this, the park was exclusively a zoo. At this time, the coaster was called Clownaround and was located in the Circus World area.[1] For the 1995 season, the Circus World area was removed and the coaster became part of the Toy Town area under the name Toytown Coaster.[2] During the 2000 season, the ride was called Clown Coaster. After the season, it was closed. Whether the ride was sold or scrapped is not known.
Design
The ride had an oval track layout.
