"Type" column

It is difficult to choose which category to list as the "type", this section should act as a guideline to ensure consistency across all pages. The "class" column was created to separate alpine coasters, powered coasters and roller coasters so none of these should be listed as a "type".

The following is a hierarchy of types. The type listed should be the first from this list which applies.

• Steeplechase • Virginia Reel (these are very specific names which consist of multiple categories)
• Hybrid (if another type applies, list it as well, separated by a comma)
• Wooden (if another type applies, list it as well, separated by a comma)
• 4th Dimension • Bobsled • Floorless • Flying • Inverted • Motorbike • Pipeline • Rocking cars • Side Friction • Stand-Up • Suspended • Winged
• Spinning
• Wild mouse • Shuttle
• Launched

If no category fits, leave the cell blank.
