The attraction originally opened with Mickey's Toontown on January 24, 1993 under the name of Goofy's Bounce House, functioning as an inflatable play area for toddlers and young children. The attraction had a height capacity of 4.4ft.
In 2007, it was reformatted as Goofy's Playhouse with the removal of the inflatable sections.
As part of the Toontown remodelling, the attraction reopened in 2023 under its current name. The current incarnation functions more as a full walk-through attraction containing interactive elements such as a candy-making machine, while the outside is home to a children's play area and the Donald's Duck Pond water play area.
