History

The ride opened as a special event on Saturday morning, November 7th, 2015. Activities included face painting, free passes for the first 500 riders, appearances by costumed characters from series, and concluding with the ribbon cutting.^[1]

The attraction was temporarily closed in July 2017 due to an accident on the similar Fireball ride from Amusements of America operated at the Ohio State Fair.^[2]
