Mellors' Star Flyer

Star Flyer is a tower-based amusement ride. Riders sit in chairs suspended from a spinning gondola, like a waveswinger, however the gondola also moves up and down a tower.

The name "Star Flyer" is used by Funtime, who patented their design in Europe and the United States. Other manufacturers introduced their own variations on the design.
