HELP |
Boomerang Coast-To-Coaster is a Vekoma Boomerang roller coaster located at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, California, USA.
Incident
On August 25, 1999, the lift cable snapped causing the train to enter the cobra roll at a lower speed than usual and get stuck in the middle of the element. It took almost four hours to evacuate the train.[1] Following the incident, a platform was erected to ease evacuation should the train become stuck in the cobra roll again.
