HELP |
Boomerang Coast to Coaster is a Vekoma Boomerang roller coaster located at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, California, USA. The ride opened on March 27, 1998.
Design
Trains
Single train with 7 cars. Riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows for a total of 28 riders.
Incident
On August 25, 1999, the lift hill cable snapped, which caused the train to enter the cobra roll at a lower speed than usual and get stuck in the middle of the element. It took almost four hours to evacuate the guests from the train.[1] Following the incident, a platform was erected to ease evacuation should the train become stuck in the cobra roll again.
