Monkey Around was a Junior Chair-O-Plane built by Italian manufacturer Sartori previously located at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, California, USA.

History:

The ride originally opened at Six Flags AstroWorld in 1990 in the Enchanted Kingdom children's area and was named Tweety Twirlers.[1] By 1995, the Enchanted Kingdom area was renamed to Bugs Bunny World and Tweety Twirlers was renamed to The Enchanted Tree Swing.[2] In 1996, Bugs Bunny World was renamed to Looney Tunes Town and the ride was renamed to Taz's Twister, it being repainted light blue and white to represent a sky.[3][4] It would continue to operate until Six Flags AstroWorld closed on October 30, 2005.[5]

Six Flags would relocate many of the park's rides to other properties, including the children rides in Looney Tunes Town. Taz's Twister was relocated to Six Flags Marine World in 2006. It was installed in the brand new Tava's Jungleland children area. It was completely refurbished, repainted and renamed to Monkey Around after a similar ride at Six Flags Great Adventure.[6][7] It would operate there until 2020 when it was removed.
