Corkscrew was a steel roller coaster located at Playland in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Built by Vekoma, it was formerly located at Boblo Island from 1985 to 1993, where it was called the Screamer.
In May 2019, Playland announced that Corkscrew would not reopen.[1]

Trivia
The Corkscrew has been featured in two films: Final Destination 3, where it was known as the Devil's Flight and Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days.
