Titan Track is a steel track product developed by Great Coasters International and Skyline Attractions.
Titan Track is commonly used on parts of Wooden roller coasters where the forces that the train exerts on the track may be too heavy for wooden track, it can be added as part of a coaster's original design, like on Zambezi Zinger, or retrofitted to an existing coasters, such as Boulder Dash.
History
Great Coasters International first teased a new steel track design, later known as Titan Track, at the 2019 IAAPA Expo. The product is weld-free and allows for both modifications on existing rides or new, ground-up attractions.[1] The Titan Track product was designed and engineered by Skyline Attractions.[2] A test section of Titan Track was installed on White Lightning at Fun Spot America in Orlando, Florida, USA in September 2020. In April 2022, Skyline Attractions teased the installation of additional Titan Track on an unknown roller coaster for the 2022 season.[3] These two rides were later revealed to be Wolverine Wildcat at Michigan's Adventure in Muskegon, Michigan, USA and Predator at Six Flags Darien Lake in Darien Center, New York, USA.
