Toos-Express is an steel indoor roller coaster located at Attractiepark Toverland in Sevenum, Limburg, Netherlands. It is one of the original attractions that opened with the park itself on 19 May 2001 and was manufactured by Vekoma.

History

The coaster has had many name changes over the years. It was known as Achtbaan, Dutch for Roller Coaster, from 2001 until 2003. It was also formally referred to as Junior Coaster on for example safety signage. In 2004, the name was changed to Boomerang and again in 2018 to Toos-Express (after the park's mascot Toos Toverhoed).

Design

Elements

The coaster consists of a 12 meter high Booster wheel lift hill that almost reaches the ceiling of the hall it is built in and then proceeds to twist and turn around a large portion of the hall and its other rides. Fences are constructed next to the coaster for when it comes close to pathways.

Colour scheme

Yellow track and teal supports.

Trains

Single train with 8 cars. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in a single row, for a total of 16 riders per train.
