The Underground is located indoors and is kept in the dark. It has various characters designed by Themed Environments and Effects.

2 trains with 6 cars per train. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows, for a total of 24 riders per train. The first and last cars were removed from each train during the 2019 season. The last cars were added back on for 2020, but are not open to riders.
