It is a frisbee ride located at Morey's Piers in Wildwood, New Jersey, USA. It is located on Surfside Pier and was the first Afterburner produced with lap-bar restraints instead of over-the-shoulder harnesses. At the time, executive vice president Jack Morey said that this attraction had been chosen as it had a compact footprint, which would leave more space for a wooden roller coaster which was planned to open the following year. This project never came to fruition.[1]
History
In July 2017, It was temporarily closed due to an accident on a similar ride at Ohio State Fair.[2]
