RC-48 is a travelling steel roller coaster built by Italian manufacturer Pinfari currently owned by US carnival operator Wade Shows.

History

The ride first opened in 2000 on the original pier at Morey's Piers. It closed in 2004, and was later bought by Wade Shows, Inc.[1] During 2008, it was present at the Florida State Fair, Michigan State Fair, Oklahoma State Fair, North Carolina State Fair and perhaps others. For 2009, the colour scheme was changed from silver supports with blue track to blue track and orange supports.

Since 2008, the roller coaster has appeared at the Florida State Fair yearly.

Trains

3 cars per train. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows, for a total of 12 riders per train.
