Buffalo is a steel powered coaster located at Drayton Manor in Drayton Bassett, Staffordshire, England, UK. It was built by Zamperla and opened in 1987.

The ride has also been referred to as "Buffalo Mountain Coaster". It is located at the edge of the amusement park, in the Aerial Park section.

For the 2002 season, Buffalo was repainted its current colour scheme. Previously, it was painted white.

The trains were refurbished by Severn Lamb.[1]

Design[edit | edit source]

The ride has two helices; one situated over the lake and another situated in woodland.

The train has models of a bull at the front and a person in the middle.

Single train with 9 cars. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows for a total of 36 riders per train.
