Supreme Scream is a drop tower ride located at Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, California, USA. It opened on July 3, 1998, five months before the opening of GhostRider.

Located in the Boardwalk section of the park, Supreme Scream has three Turbo Drop towers arranged in a triangular footprint. These towers are joined at their peaks by a 60 foot pyramidal crown.
