Treasure Panic (Japanese: トレジャーパニック) is a Tracked Dark Ride formerly located at Tokyo Joypolis in Odaiba, Minato, Tokyo, Japan.

It opened with the park on 12 July 1996.[1]

An upgraded rendition of the attraction was located at Shinjuku Joypolis under the modified name of "Ghost Hunters - Treasure Panic" from 1997-1998, until it was downgraded back to the Ghost Hunters II software rendition.

The ride was removed in September 2000 to prepare for Tokyo Joypolis' remodeling. Its former space became home to the simulators Wild River and Wild Jungle.

Attraction

Treasure Panic is a variant of Sega's Ghost Hunters attraction with a different story and synopsis. Guests are taken aboard the seas to find an abandoned pirate ship where buried treasure is hidden. Within the meanwhile, Captain Silver, the pirate ghost Captain, has sent his henchman to attack the players, who use the two magic hands on their ride vehicle to punch and grab them before the final confrontation with Captain Silver. If guests defeat him and gain the treasure, they would obtain an on-ride photo of themselves.
