Log Jammer was a Log Flume built by US manufacturer Arrow Development that was previously located at Kennywood in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, USA. It operated from 1975 to 2017.
History
Construction began in July 1974. Log Jammer opened in 1975.[1]
On-ride photos were added in 2000.[2]
On September 14, 2017, Kennywood announced that Log Jammer would close on September 17.[3] Two years later, it was replaced by Steel Curtain. At the time of its removal, Log Jammer was the last remaining Arrow Dynamics log flume with a spillway drop.
Design
The track was 1,600 feet long and the final drop was 53 feet tall.[1]
