Wild Thornberry's River Adventure was a Log Flume built by US manufacturer Arrow Development that was previously located at Carowinds in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.
History
The attraction first opened with the park on March 31, 1973 and was called Powder Keg (also stylized as Powderkeg Flume).[1][2] In 2003, the ride was renamed Wild Thornberry's River Adventure when the area it was in became Nickelodeon Central.[3] Wild Thornberry's River Adventure was closed in 2008 and dismantled to make way for Intimidator, a Bolliger & Mabillard hyper roller coaster.[4]
