Drop Tower: Scream Zone is a Drop Tower located at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia, USA. The ride opened as Drop Zone: Stunt Tower in 2003 and was themed to the 1994 Paramount film Drop Zone.

History

Construction of Drop Zone: Stunt Tower at Paramount's Kings Dominion began in 2002. The attraction officially opened on March 22, 2003.[1]

On June 22, 2007, Cedar Fair temporarily closed down all five Drop Zone: Stunt Tower rides due to a major accident on Superman: Tower of Power at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.[2]

The ride was renamed to Drop Tower: Scream Zone in 2008.
