Golden Galloper is a set of Gallopers built by UK manufacturer Savage that is currently owned and travelled by UK travelling fair company North-West Funfairs.

History

The ride was rebuilt by UK manufacturer Modern Products prior to opening for the 1968 season at the Golden Mile Centre in Blackpool.

On 20 February 2025, Pleasure Beach Resort released a statement that stated that "We have made the decision to close some of our smaller, less popular rides." These rides were: Eddie Stobart Convoy Ride, Alpine Rallye, Thompson Carousel, Gallopers and Red Arrows SkyForce.[1]

By March 2025, Gallopers was completely removed, leaving its former site vacant.[2]

The ride has been purchased by UK travelling fair company North-West Funfairs and has been refurbished and renamed to Golden Galloper.[3] It will operate at Apple Jack's Adventure Farm during April 2025.[4]
