Catwoman's Whip is a steel roller coaster located at Six Flags New England in Agawam, Massachusetts, USA. It is themed around the DC Comics antihero Catwoman. It first opened in 2000 as Poison Ivy's Tangled Train and rethemed to Catwoman in 2007.
History
Poison Ivy's Tangled Train was installed alongside Superman: Ride of Steel and Flashback, opening as part of the newly re-branded Six Flags New England on May 5, 2000.[1]
The Poison Ivy theme of the ride was changed to the current Catwoman theme for the 2007 season.
Design
Catwoman's Whip is a Zierer Tivoli Large model. This model has a double figure 8 layout, which is two figure 8s with a circle around them.
Colour scheme
Green track and purple supports.
Trains
Single train with 20 cars. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in a single row, for a total of 40 riders per train.
