New England Sky Way was a Ropeway built by Swiss manufacturer Von Roll that was previously located at Six Flags New England in Agawam, Massachusetts, USA.

History

The Skyride first opened in 1963 at Astroland, part of Coney Island in Brooklyn, New York, USA. It featured unique UFO-style gondolas supporting the space theme of Astroland.

The ride was later purchased by Riverside Park in Agawam, Massachusetts and reopened in 1973. It featured two stations in the Main Street and North End areas of the park. The ride would receive cars from the former Skyride at Opryland USA in 1998.[citation needed] It permanently closed on November 2, 2014.[1]
