Jessie's Critter Carousel is a Carousel built by US manufacturer Morgan currently located at Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, California, USA.
About
The attraction originally opened with the park on February 8, 2001 as King Triton's Carousel of the Sea , situated within the then-named Paradise Pier. The Carousel was themed to The Little Mermaid and had guests riding dolphins, fishes and seahorses instead of traditional horses.
As the area the attraction was located in was planned to be turned into Pixar Pier, the ride closed for remodeling on March 5, 2018. The attraction was re-themed to Toy Story to match the respective neighborhood of Pixar Pier the attraction was located in; and reopened as Jessie's Critter Carousel on April 5, 2019. The sea creatures were replaced with Jessie's critter pals seen in the fictional Woody's Roundup TV show.[1]
