Big Apple is a Pinfari steel family roller coaster located at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England, UK. It was previously located at Alton Towers in Staffordshire from 1982 to 1997. While located at Alton Towers, the ride was called Mini Apple.
Design
Follows the standard Big Apple / Wacky Worm layout and goes through a giant apple. At Alton Towers the ride was painted entirely white and at Great Yarmouth the track was painted green and the supports yellow.
Trains
Single train with 6 cars. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows for a total of 24 riders per train.
