Strike-U-Up was a Junior Drop Tower built by US manufacturer Skyline Attractions previously located at Fantasy Island in Grand Island, New York, USA.
History
Strike-U-Up was the first Strike-U-Up model from Skyline Attractions. It originally debuted at the 2014 IAAPA Expo in Orlando, Florida, USA. The ride then operated at Fun Spot America in Kissimmee, Florida, USA.[1] It next operated at Holiday World in Santa Claus, Indiana, USA, where it was known as Stars & Stripes Showdown.[2]
In 2017 the ride operated at Darien Lake in Darien Center, New York, USA.[3]
The ride then operated at Fantasy Island in Grand Island, New York, USA in 2018 and 2019.[4] It closed with the park that year and was later reclaimed by Skyline Attractions.
In-between operating at amusement parks, Strike-U-Up also operated at festivals, including multiple festivals in California, USA.[5]
