Texas SkyScreamer is a Star Flyer ride located at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, Texas, USA. The ride opened on May 25, 2013.[1]
History
On August 2, 2012, it was announced that Flashback and Texas Chute Out would be replaced by a new attraction set to open in 2013.[2] The addition of Texas SkyScreamer was announced on August 30, 2012.[3] Upon opening on May 25, 2013, it was the tallest swing ride at 400 feet.
In early 2022, a new experience named SkyScreamer: Take Flight was introduced on Texas SkyScreamer. Pairs of riders could wear a Skycoaster harness and ride Texas SkyScreamer in a prone position.[4]
