Enterprise is an Enterprise built by German manufacturer HUSS currently in storage with UK showman Paul Hart. It attended travelling fairgrounds as well as having spells at amusement parks as a guest attraction.
History
The Enterprise was the second of two new Enterprises to German showman Schafer in 1976, and was purchased because of problems with HUSS's new Tri-Star ride, which he had initially ordered.[1]
For the 1982 season the ride was sold to UK showman Pat Evans of Coney Beach Pleasure Park. The ride remained at the Welsh amusement park for over 20 years, before its sale to Paul Hart in October 2011. During its long spell at Coney Beach the aesthetics of the ride deteriorated, with the removal of the machine’s backflash, top sign and artwork.[2]
