Lil' Thunder (formerly The Screamer) was a steel kiddie roller coaster located at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey, USA. It was built by Molina & Son's and operated from 1975 to 1983.

History

The Screamer was added as part of the new Kiddie Kingdom area in 1976. For the 1979 season, the ride was renamed Lil' Thunder and the train was repainted blue to match that of new wooden roller coaster Rolling Thunder, located beside Lil' Thunder.

Lil' Thunder was removed after the 1983 season as part of a redevelopment of Kiddie Kingdom into Shirt Tales Land.

Design

The ride had an oval layout.

Trains

Single train with 5 cars. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in a single row, for a total of 10 riders per train.
