A pretzel loop is a double-inversion seen on flying roller coasters. It is essentially a vertical loop which starts elevated and dives downwards. The entrance and exit points cross overlap, forming a shape resembling a pretzel. When gone through the rider's back is pushed back into the seat and it makes them feel really heavy (due to the g-forces) and, above all, heightens the feeling of flying.
